With a successful track record in relationship development and strategic growth, she has played pivotal roles in DHA telemedicine programs and operational medicine innovations, securing and leading integration initiatives involving complex network and systems security.

Our Story

With an in-depth understanding of DHA and VA healthcare enterprise programs and operations, Third Eye leadership has been involved in all aspects of federal contract management, leading teams of 100+ FTEs supporting mission-critical efforts for DoD’s Military Health System (MHS), DHA, Army, Navy and AF Medical Services, Combatant Commands, and Veterans Affairs (VA). Third Eye offers unique, hands-on operational and business development experience supporting defense health payer, provider and combat care organizations across the globe. Obtained during the late 1980s deployment of DoD’s first electronic health record system, Third Eye evolved its expertise to include the development of global telemedicine and virtual health platforms for conventional and theater healthcare operations, providing support for CONUS and OCONUS Military Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs), Role II and III theater facilities, and various Managed Care Support Contractor organizations.

With over 25 years of healthcare administration expertise, Third Eye is focused on transforming the healthcare administration process through digital front door and enhanced patient and consumer engagement approaches, positions Third Eye as a knowledgeable and capable business partner.
